This is a six week course with 8 places available £54 Please email Francesca Melluzzif@hotmail.com               Ashtanga Yoga Monday 8:30pm 9 Jan 2010     Ashtanga Yoga is a Dynamic form of Yoga which helps the body to build strength, stamina and gain some flexibility. We have recently moved to the new Crescent Resource centre in Lower Earley which is a new building with a beautiful Yoga studio. A typical class goes through a set sequence of postures to open strengthen and relax the body. This is always finished with 15mins deep relaxation. This class is suitable to those who would like to open and relax the body in a peaceful environment together Monday evenings drop in class, no need to book just bring a Yoga mat and enjoy. £9 8:30pm-9:45pm               One-on-one private Yoga classes 9 Jan 2010     If you would like to try Yoga in your own home or place of work, Francesca is currently offering a £20 discount on one-on-one private Yoga classes.
